Mwanzo is Beginning in Swahili. This custom Enda x Tusker edition is just the beginning of world-class Kenyan sneakers. We are working toward other great active shoes that will be 100% Kenyan.
In the beginning, we set out to make shoes that were at least 75%-80% sourced in Kenya. Kenyan leather, Kenyan canvas, Kenyan laces, and everything else we could figure out. We succeeded in making a shoe 80% sourced from Kenya.
This, the Mwanzo, is a sneaker for people who don’t slow down. This is only the beginning for us: there will be more Mwanzo colorways coming soon!

The fit of Mwanzos are true to size of your ordinary casual shoes. Few select sizes are available.
