Shipping Policy

Kenya: Shipping is done within a few hours to one-day post-purchase. If outside Nairobi, we will send the products using Fargo courier and this may take up to 2 days. Shipping cost for exchanges and returns are free.

International: We use DHL Courier for all international shipments. Shipping could take at least 48 hours depending on your country. Note: You may be required to pay duty once the product arrives. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
