The Koobi Fora is a nimble trail shoe that allows you to dance over any terrain. 

The Koobi Fora has a water resistant shield over the front of the foot and a quick-drying ariaprene-fabric booty that hugs your foot around the heel. So if you run through wet grass or splash through a puddle, you’ll stay dry but if you dunk your whole foot in a river, it will dry quickly.

Your shoes may be perfect or you might see some slight creasing on the upper, that is why we are selling them at a final discount.

Great trail running shoe

Excellent shoe in multiple conditions - sand, gravel, mud, tarmac, short and long distances (under 40 km) - that worked out well (and is still relatively solid after 2 years of use - no tears and the heel part has crushed much less than more expensive and "famous" shoes) for a heavy and less-than-gentle runner like me with size 14/48.5 feet. It even lasted a few large puddle/river crossings in races.
The shoe is clearly not made to run on heavy mud (the studs are fairly short) but it would lose its versatility on mixed terrain. The only aspect I would improve is the inserts, which crumpled up relatively quickly (I replaced them with more solid and slightly thicker inserts).
Good value for money and I hope Enda keeps making them in Kenya.

Koobi Fora, flamingo look

Hi Enda,
the Koobi Fora is a great all-round shoe. I have not tried yet any terrain. I love it on small distance. I bought it half a size smaller than I would normally do and it fits great. In my opinion the toebox is one of the best. Thanks Enda for thus great shoe!
