Commercial Manager(Retail)
Job Summary:
The Bulk Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring and
managing bulk sales accounts, including sports teams, schools, running clubs, corporate clients, and retailers. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. The Bulk Sales Representative will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and Prospect New Bulk Sales Opportunities: Actively research and identify
potential bulk sales clients, including sports clubs, schools, gyms, corporate wellness programs, and retailers.
2. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies
to acquire new bulk clients and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory or
market segment.
3. Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term
relationships with key decision-makers at bulk sales accounts, understanding their needs
and providing tailored solutions.
4. Present Product Offerings and Proposals: Effectively present the company's
sportswear products, highlighting features, benefits, and customization options to
prospective clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
5. Negotiate and Close Sales Agreements: Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and
conditions to secure profitable bulk sales orders, ensuring alignment with company
policies.
6. Manage Sales Accounts and Orders: Oversee the entire order process for bulk clients,
from order placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
7. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for bulk
clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer
experience.
8. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the production, marketing,
logistics and customer service teams to ensure seamless order processing and client
satisfaction.
9. Stay Informed on Market Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor
activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive
edge.
10. Achieve Sales Targets and KPIs: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, including
revenue, order volume, and new account acquisition.
11. Maintain Sales Records and Reports: Accurately track sales activities, customer
interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM or other designated tools.
12. Attend Industry Events and Trade Shows: Represent the company at relevant industry
events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
Qualifications:
1. Proven track record of success in bulk sales, preferably within the sportswear, apparel, or
related industry.
2. Strong understanding of the bulk sales process and account management.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
6. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
9. Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
10. A passion for sports and an understanding of the sportswear market is a plus.
Salesperson/Store Attendant
Job Summary
The store sales attendant will be required to actively take up opportunities to engage with walk-in clients at the store and close in on sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1. Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming stock.
2. Organizing and maintaining the store inventory.
3. Conducting regular stock audits and reporting discrepancies.
4. Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and secure at all times.
5. Assisting customers with locating products when necessary.
6. Giving customers excellent customer experience.
7. Optimize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products.
8. Meeting weekly and monthly target sales set.
9. Collaborating with the marketing team to assist with marketing activations at the store.
10. Performing any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
