Exchanges and returns

Kenya: Exchanges will be done for free on the same or the next day post purchase. Please don't take the shoes for a trial run, just get in touch and we'll have someone return with a replacement as they pick the shoe. We will let you know in case we do not have your desired size or colour beforehand.

International: Unfortunately we are not in a position to offer free exchanges at the moment, but are working on that. Check our exchange policy for more.

Refunds: We accept returns only if the product is still new and in its original package. Your refund will be processed within 30 days after we've received and inspected the product. Check our exchange policy for more.
