Our trainer collection inspired by East Africa’s Somali Ostrich Bird
The Somali Ostrich is commonly found north of Kenya bordering Somali and around the horn of Africa. Somali ostrich is considered one of the most genetically distinct of all ostriches.
It is reported the Somali Ostrich species decline has been attributed to egg poaching and hunting for food and leather. Last year, our Black Friday contributions went into supporting the activities by Kenya birds of prey in bird rescue, protection and conservation.
Fun fact: Ostriches are the fastest of any two-legged creation on the planet. The Males are known to make a loud roar as a warning sign.
